the front desk staff arranged airport transfer for me, acceptable.
the hvac system malfunctioned . my room faced the street, i experienced considerable noise from a nearby bar until late at night. also, cleanup noises continued until the arrival of the trash truck. it was a disturbance.

I found the staff very kind and professional. breakfasts were wonderful with diligent service each day. the staff helped retrieve our lost bags from the airlines. I really appreciated this.
the hotel is relatively small, though this did not detract from the experience.

breakfast included several menu options, all very tasty and with quick service. the breakfast area had ample seating and staff ensured quick refills of coffee and juice, which i appreciated.

the hotel is a short walk from termini station and easily accessible. metro access is also quite close, about a five-minute walk, making it convenient for getting around. many shops and restaurants surround the property.

the room was modern and clean, i found it very comfortable. it featured good soundproofing, so there were no disturbances from outside noise! the air conditioning worked well and maintained a consistent temperature.

the gym could benefit from having additional equipment for a varied workout routine.

the hotel is nicely tucked away from the bustle. it is a short walk to many main attractions. this allows for a peaceful and relaxing experience during your stay. it is truly the best of both worlds.

the room included a large walk-in shower with a rain sprayer. a body sprayer was also present in the shower. the room had a sink, toilet and bidet; all were spotless. a large tv with many channels was available.

the breakfast bar offered fresh fruit salad. there were homemade cornetti available each morning. i observed tourists enjoying a variety of options from hot dogs to muffins, which catered to many different tastes.
